For shipping and handling charges in the United States: add $3.00 for one book, and fifty cents for each additional copy.

International postage varies from country to country. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, e-mail us and let us know how many books you would like and how you would like the books sent to you, a slow boat, airmail, or express mail ... and we will let you know how much you need to send for shipping.

If you are ordering from inside Washington state, also add sales tax which is currently an additional 8.9% or $1.34 per book.
